The room was immaculately clean and huge, with exceptionally comfortable bed and shower facilities and fresh towels in the bathroom. The location was good and perfect - in the middle of Newcastle upon Tyne.

The hotel was lovely old, liked city view from our guest room. There were extremely comfy beds and an iron, tea and coffee making equipment, and a TV inside the room. It was in an excellent and unbeatable location very close to a live music pub-very friendly staff, bars and restaurants and the valley.

The property's location was magnificent, in a secluded area. I was on a trip and booked king room with good heating and bathroom plus huge comfy bed.
There was elevator missing, I was a little disappointed.

Efficient staff, informative welcome book, enormous and comfortable bed, sufficient breakfast, excellent location near cool bars and cafes. Thankfully experienced live music night, enjoyed beers and atmosphere. Would love to return.

One could dine at restaurants such as Kiln 5 minutes away. Fabulous base for a weekend in Newcastle upon Tyne! The free Wi Fi was a cherry on top. Next to the airport, 9 miles.
